We will be adding new chefs from time-to-time. These instructors charge a lot more and you have to travel to them to take their classes. Now, you can take their step-by-step classes in the comfort of your home, at your own pace! You can even print out their classes and recipes and keep them in a handy binder right at your fingertips! Guest Chefs and their classes will be added continuously, so check back here often. NOTE: If you'd like to choose class from another category, select the index on the left. CHEF TOBA GARRETT - baking911school.com is honored and pleased to have Toba Garrett teach its cake decorating and design classes! If you took a class from Toba in person, you'd pay upwards of $500! For nearly 25 years, she has studied and mastered this intricate art, studying with leading artists from around the globe. A recipient of dozens of international gold and silver medals as well as countless diplomas with felicitations, she is considered the "empress of piping" and a teachers' teacher amongst her peers. Toba's work has appeared in countless magazines, publications and she appears regularly on TV. She is the author of Creative Cookies, still a top selling book and her well received newest book, The Well-Decorated Cake. Toba is currently working on a textbook for pastry students on the art of cake decorating.

Toba will continue to add classes in the art of cake and cookie decorating in the months to come!

CHEF BARRY MARCUS - He is an alumnus of Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro under famed Chef François Payard, Tribeca Grill and Le Cirque 2000, working directly under world famous Pastry Chef Jacques Torres, in New York City. Chef Barry Marcus studied the art of pulled sugar in the U.S. at the International School of Confectionery Arts and in Switzerland, at the Fabilo International School of Sugar Art.
